* WINDS...NORTH 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL IS EXPECTED ALONG WITH POOR
VISIBILITY IN HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
