CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE EASTERN PORTIONS OF RACINE AND
KENOSHA COUNTIES.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL ACCCUMULATI0NS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES.
STORM TOTALS OF 8 TO 12 INCHES WITH HIGHEST AMOUNTS TOWARD THE
ILLINOIS BORDER.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS AND CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW. VISIBILITIES REDUCED TO 1/2 MILE OR MUCH LESS
AT TIMES. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS EXPECTED AT TIMES.
