AS A WARM FRONT LIFTS NORTH AND UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES OVERTHE AREA LATE TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY...SCATTERED TO WIDESPREADTHUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP. GIVEN THE VERY MOIST AIRMASS IN PLACE OVER THE REGION...ANY THUNDERSTORM WILL BE CAPABLEOF PRODUCING TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS AND SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF RAININ A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. CONFIDENCE IS LOW ON DURATION OF ANDWHERE THE MOST WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WILL FOCUS.HOWEVER...THE INGREDIENTS ARE IN PLACE FOR AT LEAST MINOR URBANAND SMALL STREAM FLOODING FOR PARTS OF THE AREA TONIGHT.
