Suspect arrested in west Charlotte bar shooting...

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police have charged Treon Monteas Livingston for his involvement in a shooting that injured five people at Reba's Bar & Grill in west Charlotte.

Livingston was arrested Monday morning and charged with five counts of attempted murder, five counts of assault with a deadly weapon intent to kill inflicting serious injury, shooting into occupied property and possession of a firearm by felon. 

After investigating CMPD believes that the incident stemmed from a previous fight.
