High temperatures are projected to top out in the high 70's to low 80's in the valley, and mountain areas will end up in the mid 60's to low 70's this afternoon. Winds will be up to around 10mph out of the North. Conditions will stay very pleasant for your Friday night football games this evening.
Cooler temperatures, and cloudy skies will return to Northern California through the weekend. Mostly cloudy skies, and the potential for showers will be ahead for Sunday. Showers will more than likely hold off until Sunday night, and spread through the entire region by Monday morning. Temperatures will top out in the mid 60's to low 70's for the valley on Sunday, and will continue to drop early next week. Valley areas will only climb into the low to mid 60's on Tuesday. Showers will be ahead from late Sunday through Wednesday across Northern California. Northern zones of the state will likely have showers lingering into Wednesday, while mid valley and surrounding areas look to be cloudy but mostly dry.
