Garage sale benefits Redding six-year-old battling brain cancer

Garage sale benefits Redding six-year-old battling brain cancer

The crowds were out in Redding today for Colby's Big Sale in Redding, a garage and bake sale benefiting Colby Arnett, a local six-year-old who's battling brain cancer.

All proceeds will help with his family's travelling expenses to the Bay for chemotherapy treatments.

The items for sale were donated by members of the community who have been touched by Colby's story.

"It's just really incredible, the amount of support we're getting and just seeing all the traffic and the people. It's really amazing," said his mom, Hillery.

In case you couldn't make it out, the Arnetts will be holding a tri-tip barbecue on September 25.

If you're interested in making a monetary donation, you can visit Colby's GoFundMe page.
