The incident, which happened Monday afternoon, was caught on cell phone video.
Authorities say 31-year old Robert Vance drove into the motorcycle being ridden by Joseph Philipp Calderazzo and Melanie Ann Milinkovich, knocking them to the ground.
Florida Highway Patrol says Vance is being held without bond at Pasco County Jail. He faces charges including aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and leaving the scene of a crash involving injury.
He’s also been charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.
Neither of the people on the motorcycle were seriously injured.
Joseph Calderazzo, who suffered a broken fibula and a severely sprained knee, said he's lucky his injuries aren't more serious.
