Alabama and the Northwest Florida Panhandle.
* FOG IMPACTS...Areas of dense fog will continue to impact the
advisory area through the early morning hours. The visibility
will be frequently reduced to one quarter mile or less, making
driving difficult. Be aware of rapid fluctuations in visibility
