PENNSYLVANIA.

* TIMING...MONDAY AFTERNOON INTO EARLY MONDAY EVENING.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...DROPPING TO THE 25 TO 30 PERCENT RANGE.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE UPPER 70S TO LOW 80S.

* LIGHTNING...THUNDERSTORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED.
