WEATHER ADVISORY FOR MODERATE SNOW...UNTIL 1 AM EST WEDNESDAY.

* LOCATIONS...PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST VERMONT INCLUDING
ADDISON...WASHINGTON...CALEDONIA AND ESSEX COUNTIES.

* HAZARD TYPES...MODERATE SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...UP TO ONE HALF INCH PER HOUR...MAINLY
LATE THIS MORNING INTO THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL DEVELOP BY MID TO LATE MORNING AND
BECOME MODERATE AT TIMES BY THIS AFTERNOON. PERIODS OF
ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL PERSIST INTO THIS EVENING BEFORE TAPERING
TO SNOW SHOWERS AND ENDING OVERNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...MODERATE SNOW WILL CAUSE DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS
DUE TO SNOW ON ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES.

* WINDS...NORTH 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS 3 TO 7 ABOVE. HIGHS 10 TO 14.

* VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS ONE HALF A MILE AT TIMES.
