Victim's family seeks video in fatal DPD shooting

In June, Dallas police were involved in a shooting with mentally challenged man, when 38-year-old Jason Harrison was killed. Since the shooting, police haven’t released the names of the officers involved or body camera video recorded that day, and Harrison’s brother, David, says that leaves unanswered questions regarding whether his death was warranted or not.
