WARNING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM NOON TODAY TO 7 PM EDT THIS EVENING.

* AFFECTED AREA...ALL OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEW YORK.

* TIMING...FROM NOON TODAY THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID 70S TO LOWER 80S.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...25 TO 30 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...FOREST FUELS ARE VERY DRY AND THE COMBINATION OF LOW
HUMIDITY AND GUSTY WINDS MAY RESULT IN DANGEROUS FIRE
BEHAVIOR. ANY FIRES THAT DO OCCUR COULD SPREAD QUICKLY...BURN
INTENSELY... AND BE DIFFICULT TO CONTAIN.
