UNC Tar Heels basketball coach Roy Williams collapsed along the sidelines Tuesday night after a vertigo attack.
The Heels were playing against Boston College.
He was able to get up and was helped back to the locker room.
Williams told media he was okay shortly afterwards and it usually happens when he snaps his head around quickly.
The Heels won 68 to 65.
