WAYNE. IN SOUTHEAST IOWA...DAVIS AND WAPELLO. IN SOUTHWEST
IOWA...ADAMS AND TAYLOR.

* FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING

* THE COMBINATION OF RECENT HEAVY RAINFALL AND THE EXPECTATION OF
ADDITIONAL STORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES WITH
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE MAY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.
