A Coon Rapids veteran is celebrating the Fourth of July by getting some of his independence back.
Scott Favilla was severely wounded while serving in the Gulf War back in 1991 and following a long fundraising effort, he is finally able to do a household chore he's been missing - mowing the lawn.
