* WINDS...WEST TO SOUTHWEST 20-FT WINDS OF 15 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS
UP TO ABOUT 35 TO 40 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...DAYTIME MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP
TO BETWEEN 7 AND 13 PERCENT.
