Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM CST this morning.
* VISIBILITY...A quarter mile or less at times
* TIMING...Through 9 AM CST
* IMPACTS...Poor visibility will result in hazardous travel
conditions. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and
leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
