STRONGEST AND MORE FREQUENT RIP CURRENTS IN THE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...STRONG RIP CURRENTS AND DANGEROUS SWIMMING CONDITIONS
FOR INEXPERIENCED SWIMMERS.
