Warmth is forecast to build over much of the eastern half of the nation by July, with Alaska of all places helping out.
Widespread storms stretch form the Rockies to the East Coast, once again tonight.
The threat of flash flooding will focus along part of the Atlantic Seaboard Tuesday evening.
Gusty thunderstorms will rcontinue over the western Plains, Midwest and Southeast Tuesday evening. Wind, hail and isolated tornadoes are possible, along with heavy rain.
Storms Monday evening in the South will bring the risk of flash flooding and locally damaging wind.
