    SPREADING SNOW AND SNOW SHOWERS OVER THE REGION STARTING MONDAY
    AFTERNOON. PERIODS OF SNOW SHOWERS WILL THEN CONTINUE MONDAY NIGHT
    AND INTO TUESDAY AS THE STORM SYSTEM MOVES SLOWLY EAST. SNOW
    LEVELS WILL BE NEAR 500 FEET MONDAY AFTERNOON...SO SOME RAIN COULD
    MIX IN AT TIMES IN THE LOWEST BASINS AND VALLEYS. PRECIPITATION WILL
    CHANGE TO ALL SNOW BY SUNSET MONDAY. MONDAY'S EVENING COMMUTE AND
    TUESDAY'S MORNING COMMUTE COULD FEATURE SNOW COVERED AND SLICK
    ROADS...EVEN IN THE LOWER COLUMBIA BASIN AND SURROUNDING VALLEYS.
    TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY IS FORECAST
    TO RANGE FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES. TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE MID 30S
    MONDAY AFTERNOON BEFORE FALLING INTO THE 20S AND LOWER 30S MONDAY
