    9 AM CST WEDNESDAY.

    * TIMING...LIGHT SNOW...POSSIBLY MIXED WITH SLEET...WILL BEGIN
    THIS MORNING AND THEN BECOME MODERATE OR HEAVY AT TIMES THIS
    AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT. THE SNOW SHOULD GRADUALLY TAPER OFF
    WEDNESDAY MORNING.

    * ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS FROM 3 TO 6 INCHES ARE
    POSSIBLE.

    A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW MEANS THAT
    MODERATE SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED. VISIBILITIES WILL ALSO
