ARE EXPECTED TO BE 2 TO 3 INCHES IN THE LOWER ELEVATIONS WITH 3 TO
5 INCHES IN THE MOUNTAINS. BEHIND THE COLD FRONT BITTER NORTH WINDS
OF 20 TO 30 MPH WILL BLOW THROUGH THE EVENING.
