WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...FROM 7 PM THIS
EVENING TO 1 AM EST SATURDAY.

* LOCATIONS...NORTHEAST...NORTH CENTRAL...AND PARTS OF THE
CHAMPLAIN VALLEY.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 7 INCHES OF SNOW.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...UP TO A HALF INCH PER HOUR...MAINLY
FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT AND CONTINUE ON
FRIDAY...BEFORE TAPERING OFF TO SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS ON FRIDAY
NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CAUSE DIFFICULT DRIVING
CONDITIONS DUE TO REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND SNOW ON ROADS FOR THE
FRIDAY MORNING AND EVENING COMMUTES.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS TONIGHT 15 TO 25. HIGHS FRIDAY AROUND 30.
