* A STALLED FRONT ACROSS FAR NORTHERN MISSOURI WILL LEAD TO REPEATED
ROUNDS OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS TONIGHT...PARTICULARLY IN AREAS
NORTH OF THE MISSOURI RIVER INTO SOUTHERN IOWA. WIDESPREAD RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
POSSIBLE.

* WIDESPREAD EXCESSIVE RAINFALL COULD LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING OF
CREEKS AND STREAMS...AS WELL AS OTHER LOW-LYING AREAS AND
URBAN LOCATIONS. THIS MAY INCLUDE AREAS THAT ARE NOT TYPICALLY
FLOOD PRONE.
