* HAZARDS...LIGHT SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* IMPACT...TRAVEL IS DIFFICULT AND HAZARDOUS. ROADS ARE ICY AND
SNOW-COVERED. VISIBILITIES ARE VERY LOW IN BLOWING SNOW...
OCCASIONALLY AS LOW AS ONE QUARTER MILE...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN
AREAS.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...NO ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION. HOWEVER...STORM
TOTAL IS 5 TO 8 INCHES.

* TIMING...ANY LINGERING LIGHT SNOW WILL END THIS AFTERNOON.
BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE EVEN AFTER THE SNOW ENDS.

* WINDS...NORTH AT 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 40 MPH AT
TIMES. WINDS WILL RAPIDLY DECREASE THIS EVENING...BRINGING AN
END TO THE BLOWING SNOW.

* WIND CHILLS...15 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.
