AS A WARM FRONT LIFTS NORTH AND AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVESOVER THE AREA LATE TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMSARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE AREA. GIVEN THEVERY MOIST AIR MASS IN PLACE OVER THE REGION...ANY THUNDERSTORMSWILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS. A SECOND ROUNDOF THUNDERSTORMS IS POSSIBLE THURSDAY NIGHT...AND THIS COULD AGAINLEAD TO TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS...ALONG WITH THE POSSIBILITY OFFLOODING. AT THIS TIME...CONFIDENCE IS LOW AS TO WHERE THE MOSTWIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WILL FOCUS. HOWEVER...THEINGREDIENTS ARE IN PLACE FOR AT LEAST MINOR URBAN AND SMALL STREAMFLOODING FOR PARTS OF THE AREA LATE TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNINGAND AGAIN THURSDAY NIGHT. CONCERN EXISTS FOR LOCALIZED FLASHFLOODING OVER AREAS THAT EXPERIENCE CONTINUED THUNDERSTORMACTIVITY FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME.
