    Terrence Sterling's death ruled a homicide

    Just a day after police body camera showing the fatal shooting of Terrence Sterling was released, the Medical Examiner ruled Sterling's death as a homicide.

    The examiner says Sterling suffered from gunshot wounds to the neck and back.
