Woman found dead in Mcdonald's parking lot

Deputies are investigating a homicide in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant on 78th Street and Palm River Road in Hillsborough County. Investigators say a woman and another man were in a car at the Rivergate Condos, on Rivergate Drive, when someone shot them. They then drove themselves to the McDonald's parking lot where the woman died. The man has minor injuries and is talking with detectives. Deputies are using canines and helicopters to search for possible shooting suspects. They are also looking at surveillance cameras between the Rivergate Condos and the McDonald's. If you have any information about the homicide, you're asked to contact the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
