* IMPACTS...APPROPRIATE ACTION SHOULD ALSO BE TAKEN TO ENSURE
TENDER VEGETATION AND OUTDOOR PETS HAVE ADEQUATE PROTECTION
FROM THE COLD TEMPERATURES.

A FREEZE WARNING MEANS SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE IMMINENT OR
EXPECTED FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS. APPROPRIATE ACTION SHOULD BE
