* IMPACTS...GIVEN THE COOL SUMMER THUS FAR...THESE CONDITIONS MAY LEAD TO A HEIGHTENED RISK OF HEAT RELATED STRESS AND ILLNESS... ESPECIALLY FOR THE YOUNG AND ELDERLY...AND THOSE WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING.
