The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has cancelled the Winter
* TIMING...Snow is expected to become widespread Monday afternoon
and could become heavy late Monday afternoon through Tuesday
* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 to 5 inches with locally higher
* WINDS/VISIBILITY...Sustained west winds 25 to 35 mph with
gusts of 45 to 55 MPH. Visibilities will be reduced to less
than a half mile at times.
* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Travel will be difficult
with blowing and drifting snow, slick roads and poor
