SOUTH CENTRAL BURLINGTON COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY...
NORTHEASTERN CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY...

* AT 521 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN ACROSS PORTIONS
OF THE ADVISED AREA. WHILE THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING
QUICK, THEY HAD A HISTORY OF PRODUCING AN INCH OF RAIN IN ABOUT 30
MINUTES WHICH WAS ENOUGH TO CAUSE MINOR FLOODING.
