VALLEY...TACONICS AND THE EASTERN CATSKILLS.

* HAZARD TYPES...DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS.

* WIND CHILLS...15 TO 29 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.

* TIMING...LATE TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* LOW TEMPERATURES...10 BELOW TO 5 ABOVE ZERO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
