    WINDS WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH ARE ALSO POSSIBLE MONDAY AND MONDAY
    NIGHT. THIS COULD CREATE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW AND SIGNIFICANTLY
    REDUCED VISIBILITY.

    BLUSTERY WINDS WILL CONTINUE TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY ALONG WITH
