AFTERNOON TO NOON MST FRIDAY...

* LOCATION...NORTHERN AND WESTERN EL PASO COUNTY AND ALL OF TELLER
COUNTY...INCLUDING THE NORTHERN I-25 CORRIDOR OVER MONUMENT
HILL...AND US HIGHWAY 24.

* CAUSE AND TIMING...A PACIFIC STORM SYSTEM WILL TRACK ACROSS THE
REGION THROUGH FRIDAY BRINGING PERIODS OF SNOW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...4 TO 9 INCHES...WITH THE HEAVIEST AMOUNTS
OVER PIKES PEAK.

* WIND...GUSTS OVER 20 MPH.

* IMPACT...TRAVEL WILL BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO SNOW...POOR
VISIBILITIES...AND ICY OR SNOW COVERED ROADS.
