CALHOUN...CLAY...FAYETTE...GILMER...HARRISON...KANAWHA...
LEWIS...LINCOLN...LOGAN...MCDOWELL...MINGO...NICHOLAS...
POCAHONTAS...RALEIGH...RANDOLPH...ROANE...TAYLOR...UPSHUR...
WEBSTER AND WYOMING.

* THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING

* THE GROUND IN THE WATCH AREA IS WET FROM ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAIN
DURING THE PAST FEW DAYS. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO
3 INCHES WITH HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH TONIGHT.

* IF THIS AMOUNT OF RAINFALL IS REALIZED...SOME AREAS MAY SEE
FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS AND ROADS...
ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
