OVER SUMMERHAVEN...MOVING SLOWLY EAST. IN ADDITION...AN AREA OF
MODERATE TO LOCALLY HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED
GENERALLY NORTH AND EAST OF TUCSON. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS
BETWEEN 1/2 AND 1 INCH WITH HEAVY FLOW CONTINUING IN MANY WASHES
OVERNIGHT.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER IN
URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER
POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS. EXPECT HEAVY FLOW IN
NORMALLY DRY WASHES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS.
