Thunderstorms with hail, damaging winds and tornadoes are pushing through the Plains continuing this weekend and into Monday.
Some small hail has already fallen across northern Mississippi and Alabama. More thunderstorms will hit today.
The heat will diminish this week in Chicago, but there will be some showers and thunderstorms around.
