WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW, BLOWING SNOW AND LOW WIND CHILLS...WHICH
IS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM MONDAY TO 8 AM MST TUESDAY.

* IMPACTS/TIMING: A MOIST WEATHER DISTURBANCE WILL COMBINE WITH AN
ARCTIC AIR MASS TO PRODUCE ACCUMULATING SNOW ON MONDAY. STRONG
NORTHEAST WINDS WILL PRODUCE COLD WIND CHILLS MONDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING. THIS WILL IMPACT TRAVEL AND NEWBORN
LIVESTOCK.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 2 TO 4 INCHES.

* BLOWING SNOW: VISIBILITY QUICKLY REDUCED TO LESS THAN A MILE AT TIMES.

* WIND CHILLS: 5 BELOW ZERO TO 15 BELOW ZERO STARTING MONDAY EVENING.
