* BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...ESPECIALLY ON EAST-WEST ROADS.

IMPACTS...

* PERIODS OF SNOW WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW MAKING TRAVEL
DIFFICULT OR IMPOSSIBLE. SOME UNPLOWED ROADS WILL BECOME
IMPASSIBLE.

* VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES IN SNOW AND
BLOWING SNOW.

* SNOW WILL CONTINUE THIS EVENING AND THEN END FROM WEST TO EAST
LATE TONIGHT.
