* IMPACTS...SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL RESULT IN HAZARDOUS
TRAVEL CONDITIONS. AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW MAY RESULT IN
WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AT TIMES. SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES ARE
