Hungry shark chases tarpon in Tampa Bay

A group of boaters got quite the excitement when they witnessed a big shark going after a tarpon in Tampa Bay.

Ashley Moore told FOX 13 she was fishing with her husband Kyle and Captain Rob Gorta in Tampa Bay on Friday. That's when they spotted some splashing in the water and went over to check it out.

Moore said a large hammerhead shark was chasing after a tarpon, which jumped out of the water and even landed on their boat for a moment. The shark can be seen thrashing in the water before it eventually catches the tarpon.
