...Developing Spring Storm to Impact Eastern Utah and Western
Colorado Thursday night through early Saturday....

Another strong spring storm will move across the Great Basin and
into the Four Corners area Thursday night and Friday. The storm is
expected to briefly stall Friday afternoon, before shifting east
southeast across New Mexico Friday night.

Moisture and colder air associated with this system may bring
widespread rain and snow to much of eastern Utah and western
Colorado Thursday night through early Saturday morning. Snow
levels will vary throughout the storm with the best accumulating
snow expected to fall at elevations above 9000 feet. Moderate to
heavy snowfall accumulations will be possible for the higher
mountains with cold rain or rain mixed with snow possible over
    the lower valleys.

This is a developing storm and conditions may rapidly change from
warm and dry weather to much colder temperatures with rain and
snow falling in just a few hours. Be sure to check the latest
weather forecast by listening to your favorite media outlet or
    visiting our website at weather.gov/gjt.
