AccuWeather.com Turns to the Mobile Web to Make a Difference in Haiti

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. February 2, 2010 - AccuWeather, Inc. today announced that they are leveraging their unique position as a top-ten mobile web site provider by donating 1.5 million ad impressions to support relief efforts in Haiti. The impressions are being divided between international non-profit organizations The Salvation Army and Save the Children as well as mobile advertising network partner Millennial Media. Millennial is in turn donating AccuWeather.com's 500,000 mobile advertising impressions to support The American Red Cross and other organizations. Ad impressions for all of these groups will appear on AccuWeather.com Mobile and will be used to encourage donations to support the victims of the Haiti earthquake.
