A Healthy Super Bowl Menu

Partying with your friends and cheering for your team on Super Bowl Sunday doesn’t mean you have to pack on the pounds again — especially when you’ve just started to gain traction on your New Year’s resolution to lose weight.

To keep you from slipping back down that slope of fatty, calorie-laden dips, meat-heavy chili, and greasy nachos, we’ve compiled some slimmed-down versions of game day favorites that still taste great while leaving you feeling like a champ, not bloated like the Goodyear blimp. You’ll find a few recipes from the Eat-Clean diet, as well as some old favorites. Chow down on some wings during the action, or dip into a Mediterranean classic, baba ghanoush. And yes, you can have pizza!
