Doctors estimate that one third of American have trouble falling and staying sound asleep. In the dead of winter, if you step outside everything around you in nature appears fast asleep. Perhaps you can't burrow underground like a groundhog or hibernate like a bear but you need your rest just as much as they do.
In order to get the best sleep of your life you may need to analyze your sleeping habits and cut out any that make you restless at night. These include: watching television or using a lap top in bed, consuming too much caffeine, or staying awake too late on the weekends and throwing off your body's sleeping pattern.
