New England will be hit the hardest by the storm that began dumping inches of snow across parts of the Northeast Monday.
Snow accumulations between 6 to 12 inches are expected in areas from northern New England dipping down into upstate New York. More than 12 inches of snow are expected in parts of northern Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire and New York.
