The 2012-2013 flu season has seen one of the most widespread flu outbreaks since the H1N1 Flu virus outbreak of 2009. Government officials in many U.S. cities, including Boston and New York, declared this year's epidemic a State of Emergency. This year, the number of reported cases has been staggering and flu season is far from over.

It is easy to spread the virus in large crowds, which is why this year's Super Bowl poses a severe threat to many. Before you open your home to all of your friends, be sure to stock up on hand sanitizer and disinfecting spray! If you're not feeling well, be courteous to others and stay home.
