WeatherWhy(r)
WeatherWhys (R): If heading to the beach is in your plans this Fourth of July, be sure to apply sunscreen. You can get burned rather quickly at the beach, since the sun's powerful rays come from three directions. In addition to rays directly from the sun, your skin will absorb rays being reflected off the sand and water. A person with sensitive skin that does not use sunscreen could get a severe burn in a matter of minutes.
